The villa’s main entrance opens into a beautiful living and dining room. This space boasts a fireplace, a study, and a TV room, ideal for a night in or watching a movie. The dining room, with its large French windows, overlooks the outdoor terrace and garden, allowing beautiful natural light to stream through.
You will find a beautiful new kitchen on the garden side of the property. Just off this space is a more secluded outdoor living and dining option. Here you can enjoy delicious meals with your guests inspired by the flavors of Italy. The outdoor terrace boasts various seating areas. Sit in the serenity of this space and bask in the warm sun while enjoying a refreshing beverage, reading a book, or spending time with your loved ones.
This property boasts seven en-suite master bedrooms, each with a charming design and comfortable furnishings, all located on the villa’s main floor.
The villa’s lower floor features a large parking garage for two cars, a laundry room, and a pantry with two large fridges. Here you will also find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. These bedrooms are exclusively for the use of guests’ villa staff.
You will find a large patio overlooking the pool on the beachfront side of the villa. A path of about 90 meters leads from the terrace or pool directly to the beach, a private beach bungalow, and a changing area for guests’ convenience.
