This unique, luxury villa lies on an estate stretching over 30,000 square metres. A swimming pool is located on the lower level, offering unbeatable views of the famous Faraglioni and plenty of space for soaking up the sun on poolside loungers.
Two separate terraces offer plenty of space for outdoor living and entertaining. The main terrace overlooks the Gulf of Naples and offers plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxation and dining. It is large enough to host events and celebrations, from corporate parties to gala dinners to stylish weddings.
Moreover, guests can enjoy stargazing from the rooftop battlements for an awe-inspiring and memorable experience.
Indoors, the villa’s focal point is the vast living area, measuring over 300 square metres. High, arched ceilings and large picture windows provide light and space; guests can relax and socialise whilst taking in beautiful views over the Marina Piccola below. With contemporary and stylish design, the room features comfortable sofas, a TV area, a bar, a table football set, and a stunning marble dining table. There is also an adjoining kitchenette for guest convenience.
Furthermore, a fitness room, a full kitchen, and discreet staff quarters are located on the mezzanine level.
Four beautiful double bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests, plus there is an additional single bedroom ideal for those travelling with a nanny or private staff member. All bedrooms feature high, vaulted ceilings, en-suite facilities, and sea views. The master bedroom also boasts a private living room, which leads directly out to the Belvedere terrace, and the second bedroom also offers direct terrace access.
Large panoramic terrace with outdoor dining, solarium, swimming pool and forested garden. The Villa offers a pool overlooking the endless sea set into the cliffs directly over the waves of the Mediterranean, with views of the Faraglioni: one of the most beautiful outdoor pools in all of Capri.
With a rich cultural history, modern interiors, and spacious terraces with panoramic views, the Villa is the ideal choice for a holiday with loved ones, an exclusive corporate event, or a stunning wedding.
Set atop a dramatic cliff 250 metres above the bay of Marina Piccola, The Villa boasts a truly enviable location on the beautiful island of Capri.

The Villa is located on one of Capri’s highest peaks, above the bay of Marina Piccola on the island’s southern coastline offering panoramic views and is within walking distance of the famous Piazzetta in the town centre with its quaint alleyways and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
Marina Grande – the port for visitors coming from the mainland – is lined with brightly-coloured houses and is home to the island’s largest beach. The easiest way to get between Marina Grande and the Piazzetta is via the funicular as much of the island is closed to traffic.
On the other side of the island, Marina Piccola is the perfect place for sunbathing almost year-round, as the little harbour is protected from the wind by the large cliffs behind it.
Visible from the villa, the Faraglioni are three large sea stacks directly in front of Punta Tragara. Though they can be seen from land, they are best viewed from a boat.
Another must-visit site is the Blue Grotto (Grotto Azzurra) - a large natural sea cave only accessible via boat.
