Located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside between Florence and Rome, just 70 kilometres from Siena, this charming luxury villa, once a 16th-century former convent, is immersed in 65 hectares of hilly landscape embellished with olive groves and gardens. The villa has 7 suites, each characterised by an individual style and inspired by the rich history of the estate, with rooms containing historic furniture of the family itself, designer touches and custom details created by local artisans.
The interiors have been tastefully renovated, the Seven Bedrooms, accommodating 15 guests, are equipped with air conditioning, TV and elegant en-suite bathrooms beautifully decorated by travertine marble. The property consists of an elegant and charming villa, an extensive olive grove and an expansive countryside that can be explored on pleasant walks looking for Etruscan remnants. Renovated by the last generation of a Tuscan family, the history of this ancient monastery is linked to the descendants of Popes. This is the perfect place for those wanting to spend a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan countryside, with an outdoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room and an indoor swimming pool with hydromassage. A luxury retreat, a blend of an elegant private villa and a classy hotel.
The villa is on three levels. The upper level (first floor) has another living room with comfy armchairs and a fireplace. There are two large bedrooms, each with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom on this level. Another large bedroom with an ensuite, shower, and bathtub is also on this level. Lastly, a queen and twin bedded rooms with ensuite are also on this floor. There is also a large bedroom king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom with tub and double sinks and Smart TV.
As we move onto the second floor (top level), there is a large king-size bed with a walk-in closet and a stunning ensuite bathroom. The final queen bedroom is at ground floor level in the adjacent Guest House. This beautiful room has disabled access and a lovely ensuite bathroom.
Surrounded by oaks and cypress trees is the beautiful private pool where the guests can relax in the comfort of modern outdoor furnishings, sun bake or sip an evening cocktail in absolute poolside relax. In the garden there is a BBQ area where you can spend pleasant evenings, surrounded by magnificent greenery.
