This beautiful just restored cozy house is part of a very exclusive condominium made up of 5 cottages all well secluded in the private gardens and devided by trees and vegetation. Situated at just 4 km from Porto Cervo on a hillside by the sea in the most prestigious area of Sardinia, the Costa Smeralda, the property is in the nearby of Cala di Volpe Golf Club (1 km). Some enchanting beaches are just 2km away (Cala di Volpe, Capriccioli, Grande Pevero, Spiaggia del Principe, among the most beatiful of the island), one of them is in walking distance. The house has a large elegantly furnished patio from which you can enjoy an extensive view over Cala di Volpe Gulf towards Porto Rotondo and Tavolara island.
The parking is at the entrance, covered with one reserved place. A private gate let you enter the house , all set on a ground level that opens on a beautiful and well kept living room with TV sat and Wifi. A door on the left divides the independent kitchen well and fully equipped with fridge/small freezer, oven, gas fires, dishwasher, washing machine, on the right side of the entrance access to 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower, 1 twin bedroom with external bathroom with shower.
For sure the most important part of the house is the outdoor covered and well equipped patio accessible from the main living room and from the double bedroom. This is a very nice area with sofas, tables to relax and a dining area equipped with anise table to enjoy fantastic al fresco dinners.
The panorama from here is really superb, the Golf of Cala di Volpe where the most beautiful and world known beaches of Coast Smeralda are set, as also the Tavolara island just in front of the house are really the strong points of this structure. A well kept garden is just set close to the patio and it is an enjoyable place to relax and take the sun as also the swimming pool area just behind the garden where a very large pool (to share with other people of the same condominium) is situated. The beaches are reachable by car in 15 minutes.
