This enchanting property, situated in the heart of Chianti between Florence and Siena, is composed of 7 finely furnished bedrooms, two living rooms, dining room and kitchen. Meticulous and detailed restoration, with the objective of retaining as many of the original architectural elements of the Chianti Villa rental, has resulted in recreating the ancient atmosphere of this noble family home. Once it was an ancient manor house owned by the Sernigi Family who were rich merchants and patrons of art for important painters in the fifteenth century.

The Villa is situated right in the heart of the Chianti area. From the windows it is possible to admire the picturesque Tuscan landscape, made up of green hills dotted with olive trees, thriving vineyards and centuries-old cypress trees.

The entrance is into a large hall with antique wooden benches and a designer wooden table. On the other side of the entrance hall is the dining area which has a long wooden table and an original fireplace which cannot be used. On the same floor there is a large professional kitchen with fridge/freezer, professional gas hobs, dishwasher and oven. There is also a microwave. The kitchen has direct access to the garden. Laundry room with washing machine.

From the corridor some stairs go up to a simple twin room with bathroom with shower usually recommended for staff or children. Also accessed from the ground floor is a cellar where the owner keeps the wine and olive oil produced from the estate, guests are able to help themselves and will pay for what they use.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds that can be made into a double and an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower.

On the first floor there are the main living room areas with two wonderfully spacious lounges. Both are comfortably furnished with good quality sofas and armchairs.

The other lounge has a large typical stone fireplace which has the coat of arms of the Sernigi family who built the house. There is Sat TV, DVD player and a CD player.

On this floor there are also the 5 double bedrooms. All of which have beautiful wooden beam ceiling and ceiling fans. To the right of the living areas there is a single room which has a view of the villa gardens. In this room an extra bed can be provided. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The white bedroom has a double (queen size) bed, it has a wonderful view of the hamlet church and the cypress trees which line the avenue. This room has an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The blue and white bedroom also has a double (queen size) bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower. From this room there are views over the main courtyard.

The yellow bedroom has a double bed (king size) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. From the bedroom there are wonderful views over the garden and swimming pool onto the hills beyond.

Finally the yellow and green bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double on request. The views from this room are over the villa courtyard.

Air conditioning services the entire villa and windows have built-in screens, which will guarantee a cool and relaxing summer. Surrounding the villa, in the gardens are lovely furnished seating areas, a large stone terrace with arbor covered outdoor eating area, and swimming pool with surrounding stone deck.
