VILLA UMBRIA INCANTO

General

Beautiful independent house built entirely in local stone, situated in a wonderful position dominating the surrounding countryside characterized by olive groves. In the well kept garden with lawns there is a  pleasant 7 X 14 meter swimming pool equipped with furniture,  perfect place to relax in the summer. Near the pool there is a barbecue and a Ping Pong table.

Well furnished, the Villa combines the typical Umbrian ambience of wood beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and yellow walls with modern amenities. The Villa offers  Internet access, satellite TV, DVD and a stereo system. In the entire house there is Air Conditioning for both cooling and heating that is payable on consumption together with firewood.

The main entrance of the house has been located  below a big  arch,  leading to the old bread baking room, where there is  an ancient wood oven meant for baking bread and pizza still in working order.

On the ground floor: A living room with a fireplace which opens onto a terrace with a pergola with panoramic view over a little local lake. a stereo that has a C.D player, a lovely well equipped kitchen with 4 flames, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, an Italian coffee machine.  Nearby is a utility room with a washing machine and an ironing corner.

There are two stairways to the upper floor; one is external and one internal, both leading to the second living-room  with a  Sat TV and a DVD player. On the right of this living-room there is  the master bedroom with a private living-room with double sofa-bed and a bathroom with a shower. A wooden stairway leads up to an open-gallery with a romantic double bed and an antique bath tub, giving this bedroom a unique fascinating atmosphere. From the Tv room a long corridor leads to five spacious double bedrooms, each with a private bath. One is a twin bedded room with a bath and a shower, two are double bedrooms with  queen-sized beds  (that can be separated) and a bathroom with a shower and the last  two are double bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each room is designed differently with maximum intention to the original character, with pleasant colors, two of them with a canopy-bed.
