General

With its modern architecture and its beautiful, sea water swimming pool, this Villa of approx 450 sqm is an enchanting location to spend a fantastic holiday by the sea.

Its ground floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped American style kitchen, a large dining area that opens on the beautiful terrace where is set the circular swimming pool.

Magic hours can be spent also on the first floor where there is a living room with large windows overlooking the sea below and divided into several areas to relax with a large adjoining terrace from which you can see, like on the deck of a ship, the wonderful scenery of the sea with the profile of the Tuscan islands on the horizon. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, two of which have used a solarium terrace, all equipped with air conditioning and large bright windows overlooking the sea,  2 bathrooms, one with shower the other with a Jacuzzi. The Villa is surrounded by a wide garden with green lawns and typical trees of the area including the pittosporum, the arbutus, the holm oak and the tamarisk making it magical, and the silence of the area is broken only by the sound of the sea waves. There is direct access to the cliff below even if a sandy beach is also reachable by feet or by car.  At the same time the Villa is situated in a fantastic area close to many cultural itineraries ranging from the ancient Etruscan to the Renaissance civilization.
