Recently restored luxury villa with twelve bedrooms set in three buildings, all with their own on-suite bathrooms and private gardens or terrace. Situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside in complete privacy, yet only minutes from the world famous medieval towns of Montepulciano and Pienza, this is the perfect location for exploring, visiting wineries, numerous superb restaurants, village cafes, walking trails and so much more.

The Villa can be rented weekly or for shorter stays (in low and mid-season) with a fully serviced formula. It accommodates max 16 guests not under the age of 21 (exceptions can be considered). There are several areas for alfresco dining including a dining area with built-in charcoal Barbecue and sink. Also a beautiful saltwater and unheated infinity pool is available in the garden.

The Villa can be self-catering, alternatively there is an excellent chef on standby who can accommodate all dietary requirements, and there are numerous restau- rants nearby, including 2 superb ones in the village (3 minutes away) plus a local pizzeria and bar and coffee shop. Within 20 minutes drive there are several Michelin starred restaurants, trendy osterias and enotecas.
