This enchanting 5 Bedrooms Villa is situated in a verdant park on a cliff above the sun-drenched water giving an incredible view over the bay. It has private access to sea and offers a Finnish sauna, a seawater pool with private terraces furnished with sunbeds, chairs and umbrella to lounge and admire the view. The sauna is in the garden, it has a capacity for 7 person and has view on the sea and on the pool.
The first floor is composed by a big living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden and a patio for meal outside. There is also an independent double bedroom with own bathroom. A private laundry room and a bathroom for guests are on the first floor as well.
The second floor is composed by three bedrooms with double beds and own bathroom. The other room on the second floor is a suite room that comes with an adjoining living area including a sofa bed and a fireplace in a charming "veranda". It has his own bathroom as well.
At the bottom of the garden there's also a private jetty if you wish to arrive by boat and the town centre is just a 5 minute walk away.
The Villa is located in the main town of Ischia "Ischia Porto" in a tiny and picturesque hamlet called Sant'Alessandro, not far from Ischia's main harbor, on the north- east side of the island.
By walking it's fifteen minutes far from the main harbor and twenty minutes far from the shopping area.
It's close to renowned thermal spas for which Ischia is famous worldwide.

Ischia is an island of volcanic origins in Italy's Campania region, at the northern end of the Bay of Naples. The island is easily reached by ferries and hydrofoils from Naples. The largest city in Ischia is actually (and often confusingly, for tourists) called Ischia. The town of Ischia, however, has two different centers: Ischia Porto and Ischia Ponte. Ischia Porto is the commercial center of the island and is named after the main port. Ischia Ponte is named for the area surrounding and including the footbridge that was constructed to connect the Castello Aragonese with the island.
