A truly luxury Villa among the world famous Tuscan hills. Located only a short drive from Florence and Siena, surrounded by its own private vineyards and olive groves, the estate has a long historical background and it has been owned by the same noble family since 1920.
The interior was designed by Princess Ruspoli, a combination of modern elegance and authentic Tuscan style. The villa consists of 9 ensuite bedrooms with private bathrooms fully equipped. The kitchen has everything one needs to create superb cuisine, using the organic vegetables and fruit from the estate's own garden.
Go for a walk, sit by the pool (9 x 3 m. sea water) with a book or discover the woodland and wildflower meadows near the estate. The perfect place for a group of friends or family to enjoy the wonderful Chianti Region and explore the breathtaking Tuscan hill tops, and close enough to all the major tourist destinations, such as San Gimignano, Cortona and Volterra. Bring your own staff or be looked after the Villas' Staff, this is a perfect combination between a private home and a luxury boutique hotel.

Hourly rate for one staff if required beyond the included 5 hours shift: EUR 20 per hour.
If overtime is required for one of the staff member included in the rate, it will be for a maximum of two hours. Beyond this (or in addition to the two staff members included in the rental price), a different staff member would need to be brought-in for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 8 hours.
Services of a cook: EUR 800 per week for 8h per day or EUR 500 per week for 4h per day.
Candlelit dinner served in our wine cellar 120 euros per person
Services of a personal Chef: available upon request.
Extra change of linen (for the entire property): EUR 180 per change.

Area Information
The villa location makes it ideal to visit some of the most fascinating Art Cities in the world. Florence can be reached by car in less than one hour, Siena (the city of the Palio) is just 20 minutes. Many medieval hamlets are at short driving: Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina, Radda, Greve in Chianti, Impruneta. The cultural, gourmet / winery, and nature adventures that can be arranged within short distance from the villa, are endless and would require months before sampling each of them!
