San Teodoro is a fantastic beach resort on the northeast coast of Sardinia. Once a small fishing village, it is now a popular holiday destination, just a thirty-minute drive from the airport of Olbia, it features some amongst the most incredibly beautiful beaches of Sardinia, including the renowned La Cinta beach, a stretch of fine, white sand that curves gently over three kilometres, with incredible views over the magnificent isle of Tavolara. Water is turquoise, transparent and ideal for children, as it is shallow on the beach, and very gradually deepens for the joy of great swimmers and snorkelers.

Waters sports lovers will be very happy here with surfing, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and scuba diving available, and for sports lovers in general, horse-riding, trekking, cycling, tennis and golf are all available in the close vicinity. The property is in the touristic area of Costa Smeralda (Emerald Coast), named after its enchanting cove that resembles the antlers of a deer, is set as its gemstone in the region, bringing culture and nightlife together, with the Old Port being considered the best- equipped touristic port in the Mediterranean Sea. Porto Rotondo too is a fantastic location, overlooking the wide Gulf of Cugnana, full of villas and piazzas swathed by a splendid natural environment.
