General

This great Villa is situated on a beautiful, private, and peaceful piece of property located in Anacapri, about a 5 minute chauffeured ride from the main square, the areas shopping district, and the infamous Blue Grotto.  The villa enjoys a private gardens and terraces planted with colourful flowers and olive trees.  Thanks to its panoramic position you can enjoy incredible views on the sea overlooking the islands of Ischia, Procida, & Capo Miseno.  

Entrance to the property is either by chauffeur shuttle (for exclusive villa use) that brings guests down to the parking area (large enough for several cars), through a private gate, situated about 20 steps up from the main terrace or down a flight of 50 steps from the pedestrian road, through one of the villa’s private gates, and down another set of 50 steps to the front door.

The entrance brings you directly on to the main, panoramic terrace, which offers great Mediterranean views from its various seating areas.  The main, terracotta tile terrace is a large space offering maximum comfort, quite, and peace.   There is an external area with a wicker table with 4 chairs and a large covered living room offering shade and the perfect al fresco area for evening cocktails.  The external area has great wicker furniture including a couch, several large chairs, square poof chairs, and a coffee table.  Elegant cushions complete the décor.  There is also a third, external seating area behind the external living room space that boasts cement benches and couches.  The external terrace wraps 180 degrees around the house and enjoys direct access into the main living room.

The villa is situated on two floors and the property is accented by beautiful earth tones of beige, white, blue and green with matching furniture, flooring, bedding, cushions, and silk curtains.  The villa has been immaculately renovated and is kept pristine.  It boasts beautiful hand-made stone work, hand-made floor tiles, brass fixtures, and gold and brass chandeliers.  It is full of light and the property flows beautifully within itself.  It is immersed in a large garden with Mediterranean plants, trees, and ivy.  There is air conditioning throughout.

The main terrace leads into the living room as well as leading, through a set of external steps, directly to the garden patio that boasts lounge chairs, a large sun umbrella, a large round marble dining table for 8 and ceramic/stone bench seating with cushions.  It is a large space, perfect for al fresco dining and sunbathing.  

The main internal living room enjoys 2 large couches, a glass coffee table, a round dining table for 6, a 32’ flat screen satellite TV, stereo, and DVD player.  The living room boasts direct entrance onto both the back terrace and a second, front terrace overlooking water, which is covered by a set of electric blinds that can be rolled down to prevent shade and comfort.

17 steps down from the living room is the ground floor where the bedrooms and kitchen/dining room are located.  The kitchen boasts a 5 range stovetop, an oven, dishwasher, a large refrigerator/freezer, an L-shaped dining table for 6-8 people, a 16’ TV, and direct exit out onto the large external garden terrace.

A long corridor stretching from the kitchen, brings you to all four bedrooms, each enjoying air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, and direct access out to the garden patio.  

The first bedroom is large double with a 24’ flat screen TV and DVD player.  There is large Carrara marble bathroom with a panoramic Jacuzzi bathtub looking out over the garden patio, a double sink, and heated towel rack.  The bedroom enjoys a desk, a built in closet, and several small bedside tables with lamps.

The second bedroom, also with a built in closet, has a 24’ flat screen TV, twin beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub.  

The third bedroom is a large double with ensuite bathroom with shower.  At the end of the corridor there is yet another, full bathroom with a large shower and a double sink.

The fourth bedroom, decorated in blue and white colors, offers a 24’ flat screen TV, pristine white furniture and boast two exclusive access points to the garden via French doors. The bathroom, with double sink, is located just outside of the bedroom in the adjacent corridor.

Dependence:

From the main terrace there is access to a dependence, where a fifth bedroom with en-suite bath with shower box is located.
