General

This recently restored Villa, situated in a green valley at only 15 minutes from Florence, is part of a bigger farm, where just at some steps distance is set another beautiful property with its own garden and private swimming pool.

The Villa can easily accomodate 15 persons (7 Double Bedrooms and 1 single Bedroom) Available on the spot concierge service, manager for assistance and Cook. Daily cleaning of the rooms is included. Shuttle service from and to the airport is available on request. There is a Fitness area in an annex building with a jacuzzi, a sauna, a fitness room and bar that can be rented in exclusive at extra cost. All these services guarantee a perfect and relaxing holiday.

The main villa is divided in two floors: on the ground floor there are a large living/dining room with direct access to a terrace with spectacular views, office/breakfast room, professional full equipped kitchen. On the same floor there are one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (equipped for disabled person if needed), and a single bedroom with half bathroom.

On the first floor there are a king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.

A music room will welcome you in the former pigeonry with 360 degrees view.

Adjacent the Villa the cosy annex welcome 4 more guests in two more Bedrooms.

The annex is made up of a nice sitting room with kitchenette and fireplace, on the upper floor there are one king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

In the garden you find a gazebo organized for dining al fresco or just relaxing. The private swimming pool (6 x 12 and deep from 1,20 to 2,80 meters) is open from April to October. Dressing room / closet of 15 mq is also avaibale.  A full bathroom with shower is available for the guests.The water in the swimming pool is heated by an ecological water conduit system under stones on which the sun shines.

The area around the villa is arranged as a country garden, including centuries old olive trees. A beautiful BBQ covered area is equipped with table and chairs to eat outside.

The villa is entirely equipped with ecological, sustainable energy sources, as solar cells for electricity and geothermic system for heating and refreshment of air,

The relative proximity of the two villas permits on the one hand the common use of both by one large group (30/35 people), on the other hand, the villas with their outdoor facilities, are organized such that complete autonomy and privacy.
