Very impressing villa situated half a mile from the Santa Reparata Bay and a 5-minute drive from Santa Teresa di Gallura. The villa is in its own park with an enchanting swimming pool.
Disposed on a ground floor level with some steps inside to reach the different rooms, it consists of 6 bedrooms each with private bathroom, a large living room with a big fireplace and different relaxing areas with sofas and a flat-screen TV. From here there is a door that opens to an equipped patio overlooking the garden. The living room leads also to the separate dining area furnished with a big table and a door opens to another outdoor covered patio. A small fully equipped kitchen is available to prepare meals. The style is rustic, with terracotta floors and exposed wood beams on the ceiling. From here a step leads to the first floor where there is a small sun terrace with sea view. For sure the outdoor area with the big swimming pool are the most important points of this Villa as also the location. Fantastic dinners can be organised outdoor to enjoy relaxing evening.
The housekeeper lives in a separate building on the same grounds, and can provide cleaning services upon request. A shuttle service to the airport and harbour can be organised, as well as several excursions and trips. Close to the villa and reachable on foot there is a pizzeria and a very renowned restaurant. At the villa you can ask for private cook to enjoy alfresco dinners in the outdoor equipped terraces close to the garden.
One more separate accommodation is available in the garden in a private position. This can accommodate Staff service persons
