This is an enchanting restored typical Tuscan Villa with an exclusive swimming pool, built in the 18th century and located half way between Florence and Lucca, approximately 250 mt. above sea level. It is a perfect place to relax, the well equipped garden with gazebo and barbecue is enchanting to enjoy a dinner. The pool open from mid April to mid October is set in stunning position.Around the pool there is a large sunbathing area with umbrellas, chairs, tables and sunbeds. Further down to the right of the pool there is another relaxation area with a gazebo and chairs.
Inside the Villa is filled with character, featuring beautiful beamed ceilings, Persian carpets and antique furnishings. The seven bedrooms include four en-suite doubles, a single room, a triple room and a further double with a single bed on a mezzanine floor. There are also two double sofa beds. The Villa can sleep till 19 persons and there are beautiful living room area and two fully equipped kitchens on the ground floor.

The villa is most strategically placed: away from the chaos of the cities but with easy access to Tuscan “musts”. In fact, 95% of the symbolic Tuscan landmarks can be reached within an hour and a half by car.
Montecatini Terme (5km.) 50 mins. to Pisa and 50 mins. to Florence by train. Monsummano Terme (2km.) is the nearest town and has 20.000 inhabitants and all necessary facilities and shops etc.
Within a range of 15/20 mins. by car there are many places of interest to visit – the Giusti Grottos with their hot thermal baths, one of the most famous in Italy, the Monsummano quarries, the Pistoia hills and mountains, innumerable Romanic churches, the Fucecchio swamplands (of great interest for the local flora and fauna) and many small typical Tuscan villages, like Montevettolini, Larciano, Lamporecchio, Vinci (where Leonardo was born)
