Lovely villa  with fabulous views of the sea and the island of La Maddalena, situated up to a hill in private position. Numerous bays with long white sandy beaches are just 3 km away. The tourist centres of the Costa Smeralda are just 15 km away. The famous yachting harbour of Porto Cervo and the unique golf course of Pevero are easily reached in just a few minutes by car. It is about a 45 min. drive from the airport of Olbia to the house.

The interior of the villaas been decorated with great attention to details. The spacious terrace is reached from the upper floor and directly below is the 8 x 3 m swimming pool. One of the bedrooms opens directly onto the terrace and from here there is a special view. Both floors comprise of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen each. Thus, this home is especially suited for two couples who want to spend their holidays together but still want to enjoy their privacy. Here, there is also a romantic courtyard with views of the sea. One will have various opportunities to sample the local Sardinian delicacies in the surrounding area/immediate vicinity with a choice ranging from rustic fisherman’s taverns to elegant restaurants.

Area Information

Cannigione is a well known sea resort located on the north eastern tip of Sardinia in the Gulf of Arzachena. It’s in a very strategic position as it allows easy access to all the tourist spots and to the extraordinary beaches of the entire Costa Smeralda. Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo are respectively only 15 and 30 km away.

From Cannigione it’s possible to carry out a variety of excursions to the nearby Maddalena Archipelago and to other breathtaking islets of the area which include those of Budelli, Spargi and Razzoli for example.

The city centre is next to the sea and is made up of a series of pastel coloured buildings creating a perfect holiday atmosphere.

There are also a number of good Hotels. Again in the city centre lies the well equipped port where it’s possible to hire a dinghy or moor one’s own boat. The many restaurants offer typical dishes with delicious sea and meat specialties.
Amongst the many stunning beaches are “Balca Brusciata” and the beaches of “Mannena” and “Ulticeddu”. In the vicinities there are significant archeological sites worth visiting , like the giants tombs in Li Lolghi and the Nuragic necropolis of Li Muri.
