BLUE SEA VILLA POSITANO

Luxury villa, once a gallery art, located in the very hearty of Positano, l10 minutes walking distance to the beach. It has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, private swimming pool with Jacuzzi, private covered parking, air conditioning,WI-FI, Sat Tv and large terraces with stunning views of the sea andPositano. This is one of the few villas in the Amalfi Coast that you can access from the street without have to climb many stairs (from the garage there is the private elevator that leads to the different floors of the villa). Ideal retreat for large families or friends.

The Pool, open from April to the begining of November, has a rectangular shape with  interiors consisting of dowels with chromatic characteristics. The Jacuzzi area has six seats and both are set in panoramic position. Gym available in Villa.

The large terrace around the swimming pool of approx 200 metres is equipped with a big table and chairs for 12, benches, sun chairs and umbrellas. Y0u can enjoy wonderful dinners here with the Cook available on request. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets at less than 5 minutes walking distance.

The 6 air conditioned Bedrooms set on the different floors of the Villa are all well equipped, some with private balcony.

There are also available 3 well equipped Kitchens situated on the different corners of the Villa.

THE FIRST KITCHEN is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, the coffee machine, the kettle, the toaster and other small appliances and a table and chairs for four. You will reach the kitchen from the living room.

THE FIRST LIVING ROOM is large and bright. From the living room, you will access to a private terrace of about 35 square meters covered with transparent glass panels.

THE THIRD BEDROOM has a double bed, air conditioning and heating. You will reach the bedroom from the living room.

THE FOURTH BEDROOM has two twin beds, air conditioning and heating. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND LIVIG ROOM is large and bright. The furnishings include a sofa, table and chairs. From the living room, you will access a private terrace of about 70 square meters. You will reach the living room from the hallway.

There is nothing new to say about Positano, and it goes without saying that it is one of the most fascinating places in the world, where both during the day and at night- time you can go through wonderful experiences that you are unlikely to find elsewhere. hat said, tourists visiting Positano should bear in mind that this is a town with steep streets and more than its fair share of stairways, with many colourful pastel houses crammed on the hillside next to the beachfront, competing with each other for the best sea view. When you first arrive in Positano, do consider paying the tourist information office a visit. Located on the Via del Saracino, next to the Via dei Mulini and the central Piazza Flavio Gioia, this tourist information outlet is conveniently close to one of the town's most famous sights, the Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta. The town is undeniably a very special, unique and 'real' part of Campania, boasting dramatic cliff-hugging roads, popular beachfronts and some of the very best views that you are ever likely to experience. Apart from the beaches and water sports, other tourist attractions include cruises along the Amalfi Coast, the very beautiful Bay of Salerno, and a choice of walking trails, with a very appealing cliff side path connecting the Spiaggia Grande and Spiaggia del Fornillo beaches. Whilst there are no real museums of note within the town of Positano, there is plenty of history, particularly nearby. If you are able to take a few day trips, then nearby Naples is home to a very impressive selection of museums, with plenty of historical information about Campania. Alternatively, take a short excursion to Pompeii or Herculaneum and learn more about the Roman culture that once flourished in these ancient Roman towns, which are really like giant open-air museums, filled with treasures around every corner. Campania is a very popular part of Italy and has much to offer visiting tourists. During the summer, the town's waterfront is bustling with ferries, hydrofoils and other boats, which whisk people to destinations such as Amalfi, Naples, Ravello and Sorrento. The isle of Capri is especially close to Positano and makes for a very worthwhile day trip, offering everything from glorious sandy beaches and Mediterranean 'sea caves', to historic sights around the centrally located Piazza Umberto.
